I am a chemical engineer and currently doing job as a process design Engr. in Descon Integrated Projects Limited Lahore.I also did my training in Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, Multan as an operation engineer at Calcium Ammonium Nitrate Plant. The training constituted of understanding the plant process,P&ID's, Plants troubleshooting, safety management,environmental impacts of emissions and how to reduce them. To understand the plant environment, how to handle independent shift and how to lead a team. co-ordinate with services departments for better and efficient running of process and equipment
